Community Access and Gate Passes

To ensure a smooth delivery, please arrange any gate passes or access approvals required by your building or community and provide them to us before our delivery team is dispatched.

Delivery Acceptance and Rescheduling

Please ensure you are available to accept your delivery. If delivery is declined when our team arrives, a rescheduling charge will apply to arrange a new delivery.
